OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards and hygiene requirements.

• Junior Secondary / Middle School education or equivalent and above.
