STOLEN STUDIOS CO., LTD.

Job Description

Front of House Service Lead

Stolen Sala Rooftop Café and Restaurant Is Hiring: Front of House Service Lead

📍 Stolen Stores Canvas, Ploenchit, Bangkok
(Rooftop Café, a hidden haven above the city)
Google Maps

Who is Stolen Stores?

Progressive, collaborative, and always brewing the unexpected. Stolen Stores is where fashion, art, and craftsmanship meet innovation with a knowing smile. Home to Stolen Studios and ONARIN, we curate collectives that help people connect with their undiscovered originality.

Our latest creation is a green rooftop café where light, space, and soulful plates come together, quietly stealing your morning. Community Crafted.

Why Here, Not There?

You could run a floor anywhere. Here, you set the tone.

This is a place where guests feel at home, brunch feels unhurried, and service feels personal. It is also a place still being shaped, which means the person who takes this role will leave a mark on how it is done.

No scripts. No fake smiles. Just real connection, done beautifully.

The Next Chapter Is the Evening

Today we are a rooftop café with a serious kitchen. Next, we open into the night, and the room becomes a restaurant in the fuller sense: later light, longer tables, a different kind of attention across the room.

That is the part we want to build with you. This role starts on the floor we have and grows into the one we are creating. If you have ever wanted to help open a restaurant without starting from an empty room, this is that chance.

Who You Will Build It With

You will work directly with our management team and alongside hospitality leadership with Michelin level experience, brought in to develop this place properly: the standards, the team, and the community around it.

It is a rare thing to build a room with people who have done it at that level, in a company that also makes clothes, art, and objects by hand. That combination is the point.

The Mission: The Stolen Sala Floor

As Front of House Service Lead, you shape the guest experience from the moment the elevator doors open, and you own the standard that holds it together.

This is a hands-on role. You lead from the floor, serving and guiding in the same shift, setting the example rather than describing it.

Your Role

• Lead daily front of house operations and set the tone for service each shift
• Define and hold our service standards, from opening to the last table
• Own the cleanliness and readiness of the space, always composed, always ready for the next guest
• Train, mentor, and inspire the service team to deliver genuine hospitality
• Balance the flow of the room, table turns, pacing, and guest comfort, without anyone feeling rushed
• Present menus and specials with warmth and confidence
• Work closely with the kitchen and barista team so timing and pairings land right
• Work directly with management to develop the restaurant and prepare the floor for evening service
• Handle issues with grace and discretion, so guests only ever see ease
• Build a team culture where service feels effortless, but never careless

What We Are Not Looking For

• "Yes, chef" without curiosity
• Rushed or mechanical service
• Overly formal fine dining stiffness
• Clock watchers
• Leadership that leads by fear
• Anyone who thinks cleaning is beneath a lead

Here, leadership is presence, not pressure.

Do You Need Experience?

Yes. Experience in a modern café, bistro, or casual fine dining environment is required, with at least one to two years in a supervisory or lead role. This is a strong next step if you are a senior waiter or host ready to lead a floor.

What matters most is your ability to train a team, hold a standard without hardness, and create a room where both staff and guests feel at ease.

Fluent English required. Thai a strong advantage. Emotional intelligence essential.

Is This a Real Job?

Yes, and a real room to grow into. The daytime is what you will hold from day one. The evening is what we will build together, and the person in this seat will help decide how it feels.

How to Apply

📩 DM us @stolen.stores
📧 Email your CV to ••••@stolenstores.com with the subject FOH Lead Application

P.S. It is just before service. The room is set. What final touch do you add to make the first guest feel seen? 🌿🥂
