Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests. Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service, striving to fulfill each guests' request whenever possible. Ensure all telephone calls are promptly handled within three rings.
  • Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence's Standard Policies & Procedure.
  • Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times, projecting a courteous and hospitable attitude.
  • Possess a good understanding of all hotel room types, rates, and availability, and identify upselling opportunities, enhancing guest experience while optimising room revenue.
  • Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures. Report to the supervisor for further follow-up when necessary and submit glitch reports as necessary.

  • Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.

  • To support the rest of Operations team members at bar outlet.

  • Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and home-made ingredients.

  • Getting trained in each department of the outlet for at least 2 weeks each (Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, Floor) in order to fully understand and master each department requirements and as a first step for personal and professional growth within the company. Tasks will range and not be limited at preparing foods, welcome drinks, specials, drinks, garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and home-made ingredients.

  • Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar fully stocked.

  • Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.

About the role

The Revenue Executive supports the revenue performance of Mama Shelter Singapore through effective management of pricing, inventory, forecasting, distribution and revenue analysis. As the key revenue resource on property, the Revenue Executive monitors demand, booking trends and market conditions and translates insights into timely revenue actions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability and restrictions to optimize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR

  • Monitor booking pace, pickup, demand patterns and market movements and take appropriate revenue actions

  • Manage transient, corporate, group, wholesale and leisure segments to optimize business mix

  • Identify high-demand and need periods and implement appropriate pricing, inventory and promotional actions

  • Prepare and maintain accurate rooms revenue forecasts

  • Monitor performance against forecast, budget, prior year and market benchmarks

About you

  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, TARS, revenue management systems and online distribution channels is an advantage
