Sales

·       Work with the Cluster General Manager in implementing the relevant sales strategies and actions plan to achieve the revenue and sales objectives from time to time

·       Assist the Cluster General Manager in identifying organizational, tactical, and strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency of the sales team

·       Manage Proactive, Reactive, Events and Wedding teams in meeting and exceeding the sales budget of both Rooms and Banquet as well as overall GOP

·       Proactively hunt and solicit for new business by exploring into different market segments and industries particularly MICE

·       Prepare weekly forecast reports of both MICE & Banquet including Weddings/Social Events

  • Work with cross-functional departments to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination and evangelisation of sales & partnerships strategy

·       Work closely with Accor Corporate office and ISO to generate more leads and increase the conversion rates

Job Requirement

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align business strategies. 
•    Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and partner communications. 
•    Ensure smooth execution of contracted business and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting & Administration
•    Maintain accurate account records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems. 
•    Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates. 
•    Track ROI on consortia partnerships, travel campaigns, and trade events.
•    Excellent communication skills
•    High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•    Proactive approach to meeting deadlines
•    Excellent organizational and administration skills
•    Previous experience in a sales role

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel Corporate, MICE, or Group room sales
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Technical proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
