The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets. The role oversees the implementation of security, safety, and emergency preparedness policies in compliance with Singapore regulations and hotel standards. The position works closely with Department Heads and external authorities to maintain a safe operating environment.

- Lead responses to fire alarms, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other incidents in accordance with emergency response plans.

Supervisor – New Deli Concept by the Marcy’s and Pleasure Craft Group Team
Lead the Floor, Set the Rhythm
We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead daily service at our upcoming CBD deli concept. This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on—supporting the team, keeping service flowing, and making sure both guests and staff feel looked after.
You’ll be instrumental in setting standards, especially during the opening phase.
What You’ll Be DoingOverseeing daily front-of-house operations during lunch service
Supporting and guiding the service team on shift
Ensuring smooth guest flow and efficient service
Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
Assisting with training, onboarding, and daily setup
Maintaining service standards and team morale
